The Hoops cemented their place at the summit of the Scottish Premiership with a win over Callum Davidson’s men.

Both Kyogo Furuhashi and Reo Hatate scored doubles to secure the points against the Saints.

the four goals meant that they home side didn’t have to sweat when Drey Wright scored a late consolation at Parkhead.

The victory takes them nine points clear going into Christmas day.

However, goals wasn’t the only thing being given away at Celtic Park.

A youngster managed to get her hands on an interesting keepsake after the final whistle went.

After her family held up a sign the entire match which read: “Bhoys 8 today can I have your top please,” they finally got their wish.

Although not in the way they expected.

Instead of a players jersey, Aussie boss Postecoglou marched over to the supporters and gifted his jumper to the fans.

He also handed out his tie to the crowd.

And now the recipient of the jumper has spoken out on social media.

Gallacher Frank posted a picture on Twitter of his niece, who was the new proud owner of the famous black jumper, captioned with “my niece got it.”

The youngster looked pleased with her new gift

He was also joking with fellow supporters in reply.

One asked him “what does it smell like? Asking for a mate.” And Frank replied back “I asked her dad and he says it smells like success.”

Postecoglou, speaking to Celtic TV after the match, joked he had to stop at the jumper ‘for the sake of everyone else.”

He said: “There was this little girl with a sign- I’m not sure but I think it was for one of the players but she gets my jumper and hopefully it gives her a bit of buzz.

“I gave my tie away as well to a lad. It’s Christmas time but I wasn’t prepared to give anything else away.

“I had to stop there for the sake of everyone else!”
