PAIGE SPIRANAC has revealed that she found a lump on her breast before Christmas.

The golf influencer took to Instagram to update fans on her situation.

Spiranac, 29, admitted that she’d been largely off social media in recent weeks due to a health scare.

On her Instagram story, she wrote to her 3.7million followers: “Sorry for not being as active lately on social media.

“I went on vacation then had to deal with my heath.

“During an annual check up, they found a lump on my breast.

“I recently got a biopsy done.

“It came back negative which I’m so grateful for!”
